Privacy and browser storage
This policy covers the KapibaraStudio website, published by EsilvaSoft. It does not cover the desktop application, databases connected to the application, or external sites you choose to visit.

Your choice
Remembering the theme is off by default. Switching the theme without enabling this option changes only the current page. Open “Privacy preferences” in any page footer, uncheck the option and confirm to delete the preference. The old kapibara-theme key is removed without assuming permission to retain earlier preferences.
There are no analytics, tracking pixels, ads, fingerprinting, forms, accounts or embedded third-party content. Language is determined by the page address. Images and fonts are served by this site. We do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Hosting and technical access
Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps delivers these pages. The connection transmits an IP address and page request to the hosting service to deliver content. The website code does not log this data, build visitor profiles or send it to analytics tools.
The theme preference stays in your browser. Hosting is an external service; see its privacy statement linked below for the service terms.
Links to other services
Downloads, source code, issues and sponsorship take you to GitHub or GitHub Sponsors when clicked. The destination receives connection data and may use its own cookies, especially if you are signed in. Those pages follow GitHub’s policy. This site loads no Sponsors iframe and processes no payments.
Rights and international rules
Depending on applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, and complain to the competent authority. Brazil’s LGPD, GDPR and ePrivacy in the EEA, UK GDPR and PECR, California’s CCPA/CPRA, Canada’s PIPEDA and China’s PIPL each have their own scope and exceptions.
The same preference controls are available in all languages without inferring your country. We do not sell or share data for behavioral advertising, so there is no such processing to opt out of, including when using Global Privacy Control. If new technologies are added, the policy and controls must be updated before activation.
